Bulk import from Excel

Upload an .xlsx file with one sheet per tab (Call Sheet, Crew, Cast, Models, Cars, Locations, Props, Shotlist, Photos, Social), with column headers matching the field names in each tab. Rows are added — this doesn't overwrite existing entries.

Backup & restore

Download a full backup of everything (call sheet, crew, cast, models, cars, locations, props, shotlist, photos, social, roles & shoot info) as a file you can keep. Restoring replaces the current data with what's in the file — use it carefully. Role codes and the admin password are not included in the backup.

Build-up crew timing

How many minutes before each shot's start time the build-up crew is called on set. Their hotel departure shifts earlier by the same amount, so both stay in sync.

Drive-time auto-calculation

Paste the URL of your drive-time proxy (e.g. a Cloudflare Worker) to enable a "Calculate" button on each location, instead of typing drive times in by hand. Leave blank to keep entering drive times manually.

Admin password

Change the code required to unlock this settings panel.
